Are Zoologist perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. While our scents are inspired by the animal kingdom, we do not use any animal-derived ingredients. All musk and animalic notes are strictly synthetic, and we never test our products on animals.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to many countries worldwide. However, due to international regulations regarding alcohol-based perfumes, shipping to certain regions may be restricted or require specialized couriers. Please check our shipping page for the full list of available destinations.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
Fragrances can only be returned for a refund if the original cellophane wrapping is intact and the product is unopened. We highly recommend purchasing our individual samples or travel sprays before committing to a full-sized bottle.
What is the concentration of your fragrances?
Most of our perfumes are Extrait de Parfum, which features a high concentration of fragrance oils (typically 20% or higher). This ensures excellent longevity and a complex scent development on the skin.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where humidity is high.
