Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of personal fragrances and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed perfume bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that individual samples and travel sprays are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance bottle remains in its original, unopened cellophane wrap and was purchased directly from our online boutique within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent glass breakage during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item and confirms the seal is intact, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
